Job Title: Epic Clarity / Caboodle Developer
Location: Remote
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Epic Clarity / Caboodle Developer with strong expertise in healthcare data analytics, reporting, and enterprise data warehousing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Epic Clarity and Epic Caboodle, along with strong SQL and ETL development skills. This role involves designing and developing reporting solutions, optimizing data models, and supporting enterprise analytics initiatives within healthcare environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain reporting solutions using Epic Clarity and Epic Caboodle.
- Develop complex SQL queries, reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions.
- Build and optimize ETL pipelines and data integration workflows.
- Design scalable data models to support enterprise reporting and analytics.
- Collaborate with clinical, operational, and business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across healthcare systems.
- Support enterprise business intelligence and analytics initiatives.
- Troubleshoot data quality, reporting, and performance issues.
- Participate in Epic implementations, upgrades, and optimization projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Epic Clarity and/or Epic Caboodle.
- Mandatory experience working with the Epic ecosystem.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, database design, and query performance tuning.
- Experience with ETL development and data warehousing concepts.
- Experience working with healthcare data and EMR/EHR systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Epic Certification in Clarity and/or Caboodle.
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience in healthcare analytics and enterprise reporting.
- Experience supporting large-scale healthcare organizations.
