Job Title: Epic Clarity / Caboodle Developer

Location: Remote

About the Role

·       We are seeking a highly skilled Epic Clarity / Caboodle Developer with strong

·       experience in healthcare data analytics, reporting, and enterprise data

·       warehousing. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience working with

·       both Epic Clarity and Epic Caboodle.

·       This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing reporting

·       solutions, data models, ETL pipelines, and dashboards to support clinical,

·       operational, and business decision-making. Epic experience is mandatory for

·       this position.

 

Key Responsibilities:

·       Design, develop, and maintain reporting solutions using Epic Clarity and

·       Epic Caboodle.

·       Develop complex SQL queries, reports, dashboards, and analytics

·       solutions.

·       Build and optimize ETL pipelines and data integration workflows.

·       Design scalable data models for enterprise reporting and analytics.

·       Collaborate with clinical, operational, and business stakeholders to gather

·       reporting requirements.

·       Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across systems.

·       Support business intelligence initiatives and enterprise analytics.

·       Troubleshoot data quality, reporting, and performance-related issues.

·       Participate in Epic implementations, upgrades, and optimization projects.

 

Required Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare

·       Informatics, or related field.

·       Epic experience is mandatory.

·       4+ years of hands-on experience with Epic Clarity and/or Epic Caboodle.

·       Strong expertise in SQL, database design, and performance tuning.

·       Strong understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.

·       Experience working with healthcare data, EMR/EHR systems.

·       Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

·       Epic certification in Clarity and/or Caboodle.

·       Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.

·       Experience in healthcare analytics and enterprise reporting.

·       Experience supporting large-scale healthcare environments.
