Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Java Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in enterprise server-side development using Core Java and Spring technologies, along with front-end development experience in React.

The ideal candidate will possess strong design skills, deep knowledge of Java/J2EE ecosystems, experience with DevOps practices, and exposure to AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot.

Core Responsibilities

Backend Development

• Design and develop enterprise-grade server-side applications using:
• Core Java
• Spring Framework
• Spring Boot
• Spring Batch
• Spring Scheduler
• Hibernate / JPA
• J2EE technologies
• Develop and consume RESTful and SOAP web services.
• Work with Apache Tomcat (preferred) or other web servers.
• Implement XML, XPath, and XSLT transformations.
• Optimize performance using profiling tools (e.g., JProbe or similar).

Frontend Development

• Develop modern UI applications using React.
• Ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend services.
• Implement reusable and maintainable UI components.

Testing & Quality Engineering

• Write unit and integration tests using:
• JUnit
• TestNG
• Cucumber
• Follow Test-Driven Development (TDD) principles.
• Participate in code reviews and enforce high-quality coding standards.

Design & Architecture

• Apply Design Patterns and SOLID principles.
• Develop scalable and maintainable architecture solutions.
• Ensure performance tuning and optimization.

Database & Data Handling

• Write and optimize SQL queries (Sybase or DB2 preferred; MySQL acceptable).
• Work with JSON, XML, SOAP, and related data formats.

DevOps & Agile

• Work within Agile development methodologies.
• Participate in CI/CD and DevOps integration.
• Use JIRA or other ALM tools for sprint tracking and delivery.
• Collaborate in a fast-paced, dynamic development environment.

AI-Assisted Development

• Utilize AI tools such as GitHub Copilot to enhance development productivity.
• Explore AI-driven coding assistance while maintaining code quality standards.

Required Skills

• 8–10 years of enterprise Java development experience
• Strong expertise in Core Java and Spring ecosystem
• React development experience
• Strong UNIX/Linux command-line knowledge
• Experience with RESTful services and web applications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
