Required Skills

•            10+ years designing data assets for high-performance ODS and near real-time data warehouses (Kimball/Inmon).

•            15+ years hands-on experience with a data modeling tool such as erwin.

•            10+ years data analysis and profiling experience in financial services (account, card, payment, and/or digital processing).

•            Expert communication skills; able to simplify complex topics and lead workshops with cross-functional partners.

•            Comfortable in a fast-paced, matrixed environment; strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks.

•            Independent judgment and creative problem solving in large/complex environments.

Technical Skills

•            Expert SQL development/analysis/design/performance.

•            Strong database experience with MongoDB and Oracle Exadata.

•            Snowflake hands-on experience (pipelines, stored procedures, performance tuning, data sharing).

•            Python scripting for alerts/monitoring, ingestion/interfaces, and governance automation.

•            Ability to build complex dashboards in Power BI; strong PowerPoint skills.

•            Advanced Excel and Splunk (including complex macros).
