Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Multi-Cloud Solution Architect with strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Microsoft Azure, along with optional hands-on experience in AWS. The ideal candidate will lead the design, implementation, and governance of enterprise cloud architecture, ensuring scalable, secure, and cloud-native solutions aligned with business objectives.

This role requires expertise in cloud architecture, enterprise account structures, cloud security, automation, DevOps, PaaS services, cloud-native applications, and technical roadmap development. The successful candidate will collaborate with enterprise architecture, application teams, and DevOps teams to define and implement future-state cloud strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Cloud Architecture & Strategy

• Design and implement enterprise-scale multi-cloud architecture using Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Microsoft Azure.
• Provide architectural leadership for cloud-native applications and infrastructure.
• Develop enterprise cloud strategies, reference architectures, and solution blueprints.
• Define cloud technology standards and best practices.
• Create technical roadmaps for future cloud adoption and modernization initiatives.
• Ensure cloud solutions align with enterprise architecture and business objectives.

Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

• Design enterprise-level GCP account structures and organizational hierarchy.
• Implement secure Identity and Access Management (IAM) models.
• Configure and manage GCP Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) offerings.
• Design scalable cloud-native solutions using GCP services.
• Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for GCP architecture and governance.
• Develop Proof of Concepts (PoC) and Proof of Value (PoV) solutions.

Multi-Cloud Architecture

• Design hybrid and multi-cloud architectures across GCP, Azure, and AWS.
• Develop cloud integration strategies and migration roadmaps.
• Build resilient, scalable, and highly available cloud solutions.
• Optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, security, and cost efficiency.
• Define automation and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) strategies.

Cloud Security & Governance

• Ensure security is integrated into all cloud architecture solutions.
• Define cloud governance standards, security policies, and compliance frameworks.
• Implement identity management, access controls, and network security.
• Maintain architecture documentation, standards, and reference models.

Automation & DevOps

• Create automation strategies for cloud infrastructure provisioning.
• Develop best practices for programmable infrastructure.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to improve deployment automation.
• Standardize CI/CD and cloud deployment processes.
• Review and approve cloud solution designs for compliance and scalability.

Solution Design & Technical Leadership

• Lead architecture reviews and technical design discussions.
• Identify architectural decisions and communicate impacts to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with application teams to design cloud solutions.
• Provide technical leadership across cloud transformation initiatives.
• Troubleshoot complex cloud application deployment issues.
• Review solution implementations to ensure alignment with approved architecture.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
• 5–7+ years of experience as a Solution Architect or Cloud Architect.
• Strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) architecture and administration.
• Experience designing enterprise-level account structures and security models in GCP.
• Hands-on experience with GCP Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) offerings.
• Strong understanding of Azure cloud architecture.
• Experience with AWS cloud services is preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of cloud-native application architecture and cloud delivery models.
• Experience with cloud data integration patterns and enterprise integration.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for cloud application deployment issues.
• Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments.
• Proven experience in cloud strategy, roadmap development, and architecture governance.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience with enterprise cloud transformation programs.
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or similar tools).
• Experience with Kubernetes and container platforms.
