Consultant

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Ivalua Certified Consultant with strong expertise in Ivalua platform configuration, integrations, API development, and SQL. The ideal candidate should possess end-to-end procurement process knowledge and hands-on experience implementing and supporting Ivalua solutions across sourcing, contracting, supplier relationship management, purchasing, invoicing, and procurement operations.
The consultant must hold an active L3 Ivalua Integration Certification with strong technical capabilities in API and ETL integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, customize, and support Ivalua solutions based on business requirements.
- Develop and manage integrations using Ivalua APIs, ETL processes, and SQL queries.
- Work closely with procurement and business stakeholders to implement sourcing and procurement workflows.
- Support end-to-end procurement lifecycle processes including sourcing, contracting, SRM, purchasing, GR/IR, and invoicing.
- Design and troubleshoot inbound/outbound integrations between Ivalua and enterprise systems.
- Perform data mapping, transformation, and migration activities.
- Develop technical documentation, integration specifications, and support procedures.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Participate in system testing, UAT support, deployment, and post-production support activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration and operational efficiency.
Required Skills
- 3–5 years of hands-on Ivalua implementation and configuration experience
- Strong expertise in Ivalua APIs and ETL integrations
- Advanced SQL development and troubleshooting skills
- L3 Ivalua Certified in Integration (Mandatory)
- Experience with procurement and supply chain business processes
- Knowledge of:
- Strategic Sourcing
- Contract Management
- Supplier Relationship Management (SRM)
- Purchasing & Procurement
- GR/IR Processes
- Invoicing & Accounts Payable
- Integration troubleshooting and support experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience integrating Ivalua with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
- Knowledge of procurement transformation projects
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
