We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Payroll Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll implementations, payroll transformation initiatives, and payroll process optimization. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional knowledge in US Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, payroll costing, and payroll compliance.

This role requires hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Payroll configuration, payroll integrations, reconciliation reporting, and direct collaboration with business stakeholders to deliver scalable payroll solutions aligned with enterprise business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Oracle Fusion Payroll Implementation & Support

• Lead and support end-to-end Oracle Fusion Payroll (US) implementations and enhancements.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional payroll solutions.
• Configure and support:
• Oracle Payroll (US)
• 401(k) processing and configuration
• Retro payroll processing
• Payroll adjustments
• Payroll costing setup
• Leave of Absence (LOA)
• Absence Management
• Core HR
• Benefits Administration
• Support payroll transformation and standardization initiatives across the organization.

Payroll Process Optimization

• Analyze and redesign payroll processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
• Identify process gaps and recommend best practices and automation opportunities.
• Support payroll governance, controls, and audit readiness activities.
• Ensure payroll solutions align with federal, state, and organizational compliance standards.

Payroll Integrations & Reporting

• Work with third-party payroll vendors, benefits providers, and 401(k) integration partners.
• Support payroll inbound and outbound integrations.
• Develop and validate:
• Payroll reconciliation reports
• Audit reports
• Payroll dashboards
• Exception reporting
• Troubleshoot payroll discrepancies and perform root cause analysis.

Stakeholder Management & Solutioning

• Work directly with HR, Payroll, Finance, and business stakeholders.
• Lead requirement gathering, functional workshops, and solution design sessions.
• Provide functional guidance and support during testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Collaborate with technical teams, integration teams, and project managers to ensure successful delivery.
