Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Regulatory QA Lead to lead end-to-end testing initiatives for regulatory and compliance programs within a large enterprise environment. This is a hands-on QA leadership role focused primarily on manual testing, regulatory validation, test strategy, defect management, and stakeholder communication.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in regulatory and compliance testing, including AML, KYC, and financial regulatory reporting validation. The role requires extensive experience managing QA activities across complex integrated systems while ensuring alignment with regulatory and business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
QA Leadership & Regulatory Testing
- Own and manage QA activities for regulatory initiatives from intake through UAT readiness.
- Serve as the single point of accountability for QA deliverables and execution.
- Lead end-to-end testing efforts across:
- Front-end applications
- Mid-tier services
- Back-end systems
- Ensure testing aligns with regulatory requirements, business scope, and enterprise standards.
Test Planning & Execution
- Develop comprehensive:
- Test Plans
- Test Scenarios
- Test Cases
- Regression Testing Strategies
- Execute manual functional and end-to-end testing across multiple integrated applications.
- Perform targeted regression testing based on impact assessments and system changes.
- Validate:
- Customer profiles
- Third-party profiles
- Role-based access
- Reporting visibility
- Ensure complete traceability between requirements, testing, and defects.
Regulatory & Compliance Validation
- Validate regulatory workflows and data flows related to:
- AML (Anti-Money Laundering)
- KYC (Know Your Customer)
- Tax Reporting
- Risk & Compliance Reporting
- Perform testing and validation for regulatory reports including:
- FR2052a
- FRY14
- FRY15
- Ensure compliance with enterprise governance and regulatory standards.
Defect & Risk Management
- Track, document, and report:
- Defects
- Test execution status
- Risks
- Dependencies
- Quality metrics
- Collaborate with development and business teams to resolve issues efficiently.
- Provide clear status reporting to stakeholders and leadership teams.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner closely with:
- Business stakeholders
- Delivery teams
- UAT teams
- Compliance teams
- Risk management teams
- Facilitate QA discussions, walkthroughs, and testing sign-offs.
- Communicate testing progress and quality concerns effectively.
