Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sigma Technical Lead with strong expertise in Sigma Computing, analytics, and reporting solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing scalable analytics dashboards, semantic models, and reporting frameworks that empower business users with actionable insights.
The candidate should possess strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams while mentoring junior team members on analytics best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and analytical solutions using Sigma Computing.
- Build and manage semantic models, reusable metrics, datasets, and workbooks within Sigma.
- Translate business requirements into scalable reporting and analytics solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting and analytical needs.
- Identify reporting gaps and recommend process improvements to enhance business insights.
- Lead analytics initiatives and provide technical guidance to development teams.
- Develop descriptive and predictive analytics solutions to support data-driven decision-making.
- Optimize dashboard performance and improve usability for business users.
- Support data exploration, collaboration, and insight sharing through intuitive analytics interfaces.
- Mentor team members on reporting frameworks, analytics methodologies, and best practices.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including business analysts, data engineers, and leadership teams.

- 2–5 years of Sigma implementation and configuration experience
