Job Summary
We are seeking a hands-on Robotics Engineer with strong expertise in robotics debugging, hardware/software troubleshooting, robotic system assembly, and QA validation. This role focuses on supporting in-house robotic solutions, including robotic arms and autonomous robotic systems, through debugging, deployment support, testing, and operational validation.
This is not a pure development role; the ideal candidate will be deeply hands-on with assembling, testing, troubleshooting, and supporting deployed robotic systems.
Key Responsibilities
Robotics Debugging & Troubleshooting
- Debug robotic systems including:
- Robotic arms
- Autonomous robotic movement systems
- In-house robotic hardware/software platforms
- Diagnose and resolve issues involving:
- Hardware failures
- Software failures
- Power supply issues
- Connectivity problems
- Sensor / actuator issues
- Mechanical failures
- Run debugging scripts and troubleshooting procedures to identify root causes
Assembly & Deployment Support
- Assemble robotic components and integrated robotic systems
- Support deployment of robotics solutions into production / final operating environments
- Perform system readiness checks prior to deployment
- Work closely with robotics engineering teams to:
- Assemble systems
- Validate configurations
- Support deployment execution
Testing & QA Validation
- Perform QA testing for robotic systems including:
- Functional testing
- Hardware validation
- Movement validation (point A to point B navigation)
- Integration testing
- Deployment validation
- Verify:
- Mechanical integrity
- System connectivity
- Software/hardware interaction
- Operational reliability
Software & Robotics Platform Support
- Operate and support robotics systems using software control platforms
- Work with:
- ROS (Robot Operating System)
- Python debugging / automation scripts
- Assist in debugging interactions between robotics software and hardware systems
Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience in:
- Robotics debugging (mandatory)
- Robotic system troubleshooting
- Hardware/software integration
- Robotics assembly and deployment
Robotics Platform Experience
Experience with:
- Robotic arms
- Mobile robotic systems
- Mechanical systems troubleshooting
- Sensor / actuator debugging
Software Skills
Hands-on experience with:
- ROS (Robot Operating System) (mandatory)
Preferred:
- Python scripting
- Debugging automation scripts
Engineering Capabilities
Strong understanding of:
- Robotics mechanics
- Power systems
- System integration
- Hardware/software debugging methodologies
- QA testing practices
Education / Background
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s / Master’s / PhD in:
- Robotics
- Mechanical Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Mechatronics
- Computer Engineering
- Related disciplines
Strong hands-on robotics debugging candidates will be considered regardless of academic level.
