Job Title: Guidewire ClaimCenter Integration Lead
Location: San Antonio, TX
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Guidewire ClaimCenter Integration Lead with strong expertise in Guidewire integrations, Java, AWS, and P&C Claims domain knowledge. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end integration development activities, including requirement analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment support, and offshore coordination.
The candidate should be capable of independently handling new integrations and enhancement requests from Day 1 while working closely with business stakeholders, architects, and distributed development teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support integrations within Guidewire ClaimCenter
- Work on new integration development and enhancement projects
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including daily standups and sprint planning
- Collaborate with DPOs, business users, architects, and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements
- Create technical designs and present solutions for architecture approvals
- Develop high-quality, scalable, and reusable integration solutions
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, defect fixing, and deployment support
- Coordinate with offshore teams and manage daily offshore handoff calls
- Take end-to-end ownership of deliverables and ensure timely project execution
- Troubleshoot production and integration issues across environments
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security practices, and Guidewire best practices
- Support CI/CD deployment activities and cloud-based integration solutions on AWS
