Job Title: Oracle HCM Functional Consultant (Core HR + Benefits)

Location: Atlanta, GA

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with strong hands-on implementation expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically Core HR and Benefits. The ideal candidate will have deep functional knowledge, hands-on configuration experience, and strong technical exposure to Fast Formula, HCM Extracts, and BI reporting.

This role requires a consultant who can work directly with business stakeholders, drive Oracle HCM implementations, and support enterprise HR transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Oracle HCM Implementation & Configuration

• Lead and support hands-on implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions
• Configure and optimize Oracle HCM modules including:
• Core HR (mandatory)
• Benefits (mandatory strong suite)
• Support end-to-end implementation activities including:
• Requirement gathering
• Functional design
• Configuration
• Testing
• Deployment support
• Production stabilization

Fast Formula & Technical Configuration

• Develop and maintain Fast Formula configurations for:
• Benefits processing
• Eligibility rules
• HR business logic
• Custom Oracle HCM workflows
• Troubleshoot and optimize Fast Formula logic

---

Reporting & Data Integration

• Develop and support:
• HCM Extracts
• BI Reports / OTBI / BI Publisher reporting
• Support data extraction, reporting, and downstream integrations as needed

---

Business Partnership & Functional Support

• Work directly with business stakeholders to:
• Capture requirements
• Translate HR business needs into Oracle HCM solutions
• Recommend best practices
• Support issue analysis, troubleshooting, and functional solution improvements

Implementation Experience

• 6–8+ years of Oracle HCM implementation experience
• Proven hands-on functional consulting experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations

Preferred Skills
