Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled SailPoint Developer / Analyst to support enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) operations through the development, configuration, integration, and support of SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and/or IdentityNow platforms.

The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on experience in identity lifecycle management, application onboarding, connector development, workflow customization, and IAM governance. This role requires collaboration with infrastructure, security, compliance, and application teams to deliver scalable and secure IAM solutions aligned with enterprise governance and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and support SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and/or IdentityNow solutions for enterprise IAM operations.
• Design and implement SailPoint components including:
• Lifecycle Manager (LCM)
• Certifications
• Roles
• Access Requests
• Provisioning Workflows
• Identity Lifecycle Processes
• Onboard enterprise applications into SailPoint using out-of-the-box and custom connectors.
• Build and customize SailPoint workflows, rules, policies, and connector integrations using Java and Beanshell scripting.
• Integrate SailPoint with:
• Active Directory (AD)
• LDAP
• Databases
• Cloud platforms
• SaaS applications
• Enterprise systems
• Develop and support REST and SOAP API integrations for identity provisioning and governance workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to:
• Provisioning
• Certifications
• Connectors
• Role management
• Lifecycle events
• Access requests
• Support identity governance, audit readiness, compliance controls, and access certification activities.
• Participate in IAM operational support, incident management, root cause analysis, and remediation activities.
• Perform identity lifecycle management including:
• Joiner/Mover/Leaver processes
• Access provisioning
• Role assignments
• De-provisioning
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to implement secure IAM integrations.
• Develop technical documentation, operational procedures, workflow diagrams, and compliance evidence.
• Support governance initiatives aligned with SOX, NIST, ISO, and enterprise security standards.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
• Assist in IAM modernization and cloud identity integration initiatives.

Required Skills

IAM & SailPoint

• 3–7+ years of Identity and Access Management (IAM) experience
• 2–5 years of hands-on SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and/or IdentityNow experience
• Strong understanding of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA)
• Experience with identity lifecycle management and access governance

Development & Integration

• Strong Java and Beanshell scripting experience
• Strong SQL development and database querying skills
• Experience with REST and SOAP APIs
• Hands-on experience with SailPoint connector frameworks
• Application onboarding and provisioning workflow experience

Directory & Authentication Technologies

• Active Directory (AD)
• LDAP
• SSO/MFA concepts
• Identity federation technologies

Cloud & IAM Technologies

• Knowledge of:
• Okta
• Ping Identity
• Azure AD
• Cloud IAM platforms

Compliance & Security

• Understanding of:
• SOX Compliance
• NIST Standards
• ISO Security Frameworks
• Identity Governance best practices

Preferred Qualifications

• SailPoint certification preferred
• Experience in enterprise IAM transformation projects
• Experience working in regulated environments
• Familiarity with cloud-native IAM solutions and SaaS integrations
