Role: Java Full Stack Developer (AI / Telecom – Agentic Architecture)

Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Java Full Stack Developer with strong experience in Spring Boot, ReactJS, and AI-driven architectures, preferably within the Telecom domain. The ideal candidate will work on building next-generation autonomous network systems, leveraging Agentic AI, RAG pipelines, and real-time telemetry processing to enable intelligent orchestration, monitoring, and automation.
Key Responsibilities:
Full Stack Development
- Develop scalable applications using:
- Java / Spring Boot (Backend)
- ReactJS (Frontend)
- Build and integrate REST APIs and microservices
- Ensure high performance, scalability, and maintainability
AI & Agentic Architecture (Preferred)
- Design and implement Agentic AI workflows for:
- Network orchestration
- Fault detection and resolution
- Work with frameworks like:
- LangGraph, CrewAI
- Build intent-based systems (IBN) translating business needs into technical execution
Data & Platform Engineering
- Develop RAG pipelines for real-time telemetry data processing
- Integrate with:
- Vector databases
- Graph databases (Neo4j)
- Work with streaming data sources:
- Syslogs, telemetry, PCAP
Telecom Domain (Highly Preferred)
- Work with:
- IP Networks, Optical (DWDM/OTN), Wireless infrastructure
- Support:
- Network provisioning
- Monitoring and troubleshooting automation
Automation & Performance
- Improve:
- MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) through automation
- Zero-touch provisioning accuracy
- Ensure:
- Efficient AI agent execution and cost optimization
Security & Governance
- Implement AI guardrails and safety layers
- Ensure compliance with:
- Telecom SLAs and regulatory requirements
- Build policy enforcement layers for automated actions
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8–10 years of overall IT experience
- Strong expertise in:
- Java / Spring Boot
- ReactJS
- Microservices & API development
- Experience with:
- Full-stack application development
- Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Strong understanding of:
- System design and scalable architectures
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with:
- Agentic AI / LLM frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI)
- RAG pipelines & vector databases
- Neo4j / Graph-based architectures
- Telecom domain experience:
- Network orchestration, monitoring, and automation
- Exposure to:
- AI guardrails, policy engines, and compliance frameworks
Technical Skills:
- Java / Spring Boot
- ReactJS
- Microservices / APIs
- AI / Agentic Systems (Nice to have)
- Databases (SQL / NoSQL / Graph DB)
- Cloud Platforms
