Location: San Jose, CA or RTP, NC (Onsite Preferred / Hybrid Acceptable)

Description:
We are seeking an experienced Service Parts Management Specialist with strong expertise in PTC Servigistics, service parts planning, supply chain operations, and Oracle order/inventory management ecosystems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in functional consulting, configuration, implementation, and optimization of service parts management solutions.
This role requires strong business process understanding across supply chain planning, inventory optimization, reverse logistics, and enterprise order management systems.
Key Responsibilities
Service Parts Management & Servigistics
- Lead functional consulting, configuration, and implementation activities for:
- PTC Servigistics Service Parts Management (SPM)
- Demand Planning
- Supply Planning
- Support service parts lifecycle optimization including:
- Forecasting
- Replenishment
- Inventory optimization
- Parts availability management
- Configure and optimize Service Parts Management workflows and planning parameters
Supply Chain & Inventory Management
- Work across supply chain functions including:
- Inventory Management
- Inventory Optimization
- Order Management
- Reverse Logistics
- B2B supply chain integrations
- Analyze service parts planning performance and recommend operational improvements
Oracle Ecosystem Integration
- Work with enterprise systems including:
- Oracle Order Management
- Oracle Inventory Management
- B2B integration platforms
- Support integration and process alignment between Servigistics and enterprise platforms
Business Analysis & Functional Collaboration
- Gather, document, and communicate business requirements effectively
- Translate operational requirements into system configuration and process solutions
- Work closely with business users, planners, supply chain teams, and technical stakeholders
Technical Support & Analysis
- Utilize SQL / PL/SQL for:
- Data validation
- Reporting support
- Functional troubleshooting
- Analysis activities
- Support issue resolution and process optimization initiatives

Strong hands-on experience with:
- PTC Servigistics (mandatory)
