We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Integration & QA Specialist to bridge the gap between infrastructure engineering, systems integration, and quality assurance. This role requires a hands-on technical professional with deep expertise in system administration, infrastructure deployment, debugging, networking, virtualization, backup/recovery, and QA testing.
The ideal candidate will be capable of independently building, integrating, troubleshooting, and validating complex enterprise infrastructure environments.
Core Responsibilities
System Integration & Infrastructure Build
- Lead installation, configuration, and integration of:
- Physical infrastructure
- Virtual infrastructure
- Enterprise system environments
- Act as the technical owner for infrastructure deployments and system integration activities
- Independently build and configure complex environments end-to-end
Deep Debugging & Root Cause Analysis
- Serve as the escalation point for complex technical issues
- Perform deep troubleshooting across:
- Infrastructure
- Network
- Storage
- Application layers
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective solutions
Networking & Infrastructure Management
- Configure and manage:
- Physical switches
- Virtual networking environments
- Routing and switching infrastructure
- Support enterprise connectivity and infrastructure optimization
Quality Assurance & Testing
- Drive QA lifecycle activities including:
- Test planning
- Test specification development
- Regression testing
- Performance testing
- Scale testing
- Ensure quality validation across infrastructure and integrated systems
CI/CD, Containerization & DevOps
- Support deployment automation and CI/CD workflows
- Work with:
- Docker
- Kubernetes
- Support continuous integration and delivery best practices
Backup & Disaster Recovery
- Implement and manage enterprise backup and DR solutions using:
- Veeam
- Cohesity
- Zerto
- Similar enterprise tools
Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong experience as:
- Infrastructure Integration Specialist
- Systems Administrator
- Infrastructure QA Engineer
- Proven ability to independently:
- Build systems
- Deploy infrastructure
- Troubleshoot complex environments
