Title: Program Manager with recent banking

Location: New York, NY 10285 (Day 1 onsite)

Duration: 6 Months/Contract

 

We are seeking a strategic, highly polished Program Manager to support privacy leadership initiatives through cross-functional alignment, executive communication, and strategic program coordination. This role is heavily focused on driving organizational alignment and building executive-ready narratives, rather than technical program delivery.

 

Required Qualifications:

Prior experience at American Express (AMEX) preferred

Background in Management Consulting, Strategy & Operations, Chief of Staff, Business Transformation, or Enterprise Strategy

Strong expertise in:

    Executive PowerPoint storytelling & deck building

    Cross-functional stakeholder management

    Strategic thinking and framework development

Excellent communication and executive presence

 

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Program Coordination

Drive privacy strategy discussions and cross-functional initiatives

Coordinate workshops, strategic sessions, and leadership meetings

Partner with multiple teams to gather insights and enable alignment

Support execution of enterprise-level privacy initiatives

 

Executive Communication & Deck Creation:

Develop high-quality executive presentations (PowerPoint)

Translate complex discussions into clear, compelling storylines and frameworks

Prepare materials for C-level leadership and senior stakeholders

Act as an SME in deck creation and executive storytelling

 

Stakeholder Management & Facilitation:

Manage and align senior stakeholders across business functions

Facilitate large-scale meetings, discussions, and decision-making forums

Create agendas, drive conversations, and ensure follow-through

Enable organizational alignment across multiple teams
