Description:

We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineer / Test Lead with strong expertise in TOSCA and Selenium to support complex application suites. The ideal candidate will lead integration and end-to-end testing efforts, drive automation initiatives, and ensure applications meet organizational quality standards aligned with risk-based testing approaches.

This role requires strong leadership capabilities to coordinate across multiple dependencies and guide Quality Engineers through planning, execution, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Planning & Execution

• Plan and conduct comprehensive software quality testing activities.
• Develop and execute risk-based test strategies aligned with organizational standards.
• Lead Integration and End-to-End (E2E) test planning for complex projects.
• Oversee quality design, execution, and reporting across project phases.

Test Automation & Tools

• Design and implement model-based test automation using TOSCA.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Selenium.
• Perform API testing using Postman.
• Conduct performance and load testing using JMeter.
• Use SQL for backend data validation and verification.
• Manage test cases, defects, and workflows using Jira.

Test Management & Leadership

• Act as a Test Lead supporting application suite Quality Engineers.
• Coordinate testing activities across multiple teams and dependencies.
• Ensure proper test data management and environment readiness.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and continuous testing practices.

Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with development, product, and business stakeholders.
• Provide clear test reporting, risk identification, and mitigation strategies.
• Maintain strong written and verbal communication across teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6–8 years of experience in Quality Engineering / Test Automation.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• TOSCA (model-based automation)
• Selenium
• Postman
• JMeter
• SQL
• Experience leading Integration and E2E testing efforts.
• Strong understanding of risk-based testing methodologies.
• Experience working in Agile and CI/CD environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead complex projects with multiple dependencies.

• Experience managing large application suites.
• Exposure to enterprise-scale digital transformation programs.
