Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced L3 SharePoint & Microsoft 365 Support Engineer to join the global operations team.
This role is focused on advanced incident resolution, administrative troubleshooting, and operational support for SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Power Platform, and other Microsoft 365 services.
The ideal candidate will bring deep SharePoint Online administration expertise along with strong troubleshooting and ITIL-based operational experience.
Core Responsibilities
L3 Incident & Request Management
· Handle complex L3-level incidents and service requests.
· Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to:
o SharePoint Online
o OneDrive for Business
o Power Platform (Power Apps & Power Automate)
· Act as escalation point for junior support engineers.
· Follow ITIL processes for Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
SharePoint Online Administration
· Manage SharePoint Admin Center operations.
· Site collection provisioning and governance.
· Web part design and configuration.
· Permissions management (tenant, site, item-level).
· Performance troubleshooting and outage diagnostics.
· Compliance and retention configuration.
OneDrive for Business
· Administer OneDrive environments.
· Troubleshoot:
o Sync issues
o Large file uploads
o Connectivity errors
· Manage retention policies and backup/recovery processes.
Power Platform Support
· Troubleshoot and resolve issues in:
o Power Automate flows
o Power Apps integrated with SharePoint
· Ensure workflow reliability and performance.
Microsoft 365 & Identity
· Work with Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
· Experience with Azure AD (Entra ID).
· Maintain security and compliance configurations across M365 services.
Required Skills
· 10+ years of IT experience
· Strong expertise in SharePoint Online administration
· Experience with SharePoint 2016 (legacy support knowledge)
· Deep OneDrive for Business administration experience
· Power Apps & Power Automate troubleshooting
· Strong ITIL process understanding
· Experience working in global operations environments
Ideal Candidate Profile
· Strong hands-on administrator (not just functional knowledge)
· Comfortable handling outages and production issues
· Process-oriented with governance mindset
· Able to work onsite in Seattle
