Description:
We are seeking a Hands-on Frontend Technical Developer to drive front-end architecture, technical execution, and delivery across Agile teams.
This role requires a strong player/coach mindset, balancing hands-on development with leadership responsibilities, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and maintainable UI solutions integrated with backend services.

Key Responsibilities
Frontend Architecture & Leadership
· Lead front-end architecture and technical execution across the team.
· Define and enforce code quality standards, maintainable patterns, and testing expectations.
· Conduct code reviews and mentor developers.
· Break down work into incremental, releasable user stories.
Development & Delivery
· Develop modern web applications using Angular (v9).
· Build scalable, reusable UI components and modules.
· Ensure clean integration with backend RESTful APIs.
· Troubleshoot API contract issues and frontend/backend mismatches.
Collaboration & Agile Delivery
· Partner with Product Owners, designers, backend teams, and stakeholders.
· Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and technical design sessions.
· Deliver end-to-end user experiences aligned with business requirements.
· Drive Agile best practices across development lifecycle.
Required Skills
· 5+ years of frontend development experience (JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS)
· 2+ years of Angular experience (components, modules, routing, forms, RxJS, state management patterns)
· 2+ years as a Technical Lead (architecture, mentoring, delivery ownership)
· Experience integrating with RESTful APIs
· Experience building and shipping large-scale applications
· CI/CD and automated testing experience
· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have
· Event-driven architecture knowledge
· Micro-frontends experience
· Advanced state management approaches
· Design systems and shareable component libraries
· Experience with Spring Boot services
· Retail domain knowledge
· Experience in distributed or remote-first teams
