Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in ORC (Oracle Recruiting Cloud), Talent Management, and Learning modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in multi-region Oracle HCM implementations, quarterly patch validations, customizations, and full lifecycle project delivery in Agile and Waterfall environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Implementation & Configuration
· Lead implementation and configuration of:
o Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
o Oracle Talent Management
o Oracle Learning
· Support multi-region / multi-country HCM deployments.
· Conduct CRP (Conference Room Pilot) sessions and perform fit-gap analysis.
· Configure and administer Oracle HCM functional setups.
Customization & Development Support
· Work on customizations including:
o DFF (Descriptive Flexfields)
o EFF (Extensible Flexfields)
o Custom reports
o Concurrent programs
o Value sets
o Form functions
· Develop and customize Oracle Workflows.
· Support enhancements aligned with business requirements.
Patch & Release Management
· Perform quarterly patch impact analysis and validation.
· Coordinate testing and regression validation for HCM releases.
Oracle Journeys & Redwood
· Implement and configure Oracle Journeys.
· Leverage Oracle Redwood Design System for improved user experience.
Support & Governance
· Work with Oracle Service Requests (SR) for issue resolution and escalation.
· Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams for solution alignment.
· Participate in Agile ceremonies and Waterfall project phases as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Strong experience implementing Oracle Fusion HCM modules (ORC, Talent, Learning).
· Experience in multi-country HCM configuration and administration.
· Hands-on experience with HCM quarterly updates and patch validation.
· Strong knowledge of DFF, EFF, reports, workflows, and functional setups.
· Experience conducting CRP and fit-gap workshops.
· Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have:
· Experience with Oracle Redwood UX framework.
· Exposure to global HR compliance requirements.
· Prior experience in large enterprise HCM transformation programs.
