Job Title: Regulatory Reporting FRA Analyst

Job Summary
We are seeking a Regulatory Reporting FRA Analyst with strong experience in capital management and regulatory reporting within top-tier financial institutions. The ideal candidate will support data analysis, reporting, and governance initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and improving data quality and reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities
Regulatory Reporting & Data Analysis
- Support regulatory reporting processes including:
- FR Y-15 (U.S. risk assets reporting)
- 2052A / 6G reporting
- Collect, analyze, and prepare data for regulatory submissions
- Assist in manual FP&A regulatory reporting processes
Data Management & Reporting
- Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards using BI tools
- Extract and transform data from multiple source systems
- Prepare clean, accurate datasets for analysis and reporting
Dashboarding & Technical Support
- Support development of dashboards using Power BI
- Assist in building and optimizing SQL queries
- Work closely with data and reporting teams to enhance analytics capabilities
Data Quality & Governance
- Evaluate and enhance data governance and reporting practices
- Perform data validation to ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency
- Identify trends, anomalies, and inconsistencies in datasets
- Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements
Documentation & Process Support
- Document reporting logic, definitions, and processes
- Maintain data and reporting documentation for audit and compliance
- Organize and manage data across platforms such as Excel, SharePoint, and enterprise systems
Required Skills & Qualifications
Core Skills
- 6–8 years of experience in:
- Regulatory reporting
- Data analysis within financial services
- Experience with:
- Capital management (CAT-2 / CAT-3 institutions)
- FR Y-15 reporting
- 2052A / 6G regulatory frameworks
Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in:
- SQL
- Power BI
- Excel
- Experience with data extraction, transformation, and reporting tools
Domain Expertise
- Strong understanding of:
- Risk and regulatory compliance analytics
- Data governance and reporting standards
- Experience working in highly regulated financial environments
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and data accuracy
- Effective communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
