Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) with a strong background in AWS Cloud, Agile Delivery, and Enterprise Application Development to lead large-scale technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical expertise, program management experience, and stakeholder management skills to drive successful delivery of cloud-based solutions in a fast-paced environment.
This role requires hands-on experience managing Agile teams, cloud transformation projects, microservices-based applications, and cross-functional coordination across engineering, product, QA, UX, and business teams.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Project Management
Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology programs and projects.
Drive Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Grooming, Daily Standups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and escalations.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
Establish project governance, communication plans, and accountability
