Bill Rate: $38/hr  - OPT

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack .NET Developer with strong expertise in .NET application development, relational database technologies, data engineering, and production support. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing enterprise applications using Microsoft technologies, designing and optimizing database solutions, and supporting critical production environments.

The candidate should possess strong problem-solving skills, experience working across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and the ability to collaborate effectively within Agile development teams.

Key Responsibilities

Application Development

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise web applications using .NET technologies.
• Develop scalable and maintainable solutions utilizing ASP.NET Framework 4.5 and related Microsoft technologies.
• Participate in the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Build and enhance application modules while ensuring high performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Develop reusable components and adhere to coding standards and best practices.

Full Stack Development

• Develop and maintain front-end and back-end application components.
• Collaborate with UI/UX, business, and technical teams to deliver user-friendly solutions.
• Implement application enhancements, bug fixes, and new functionality based on business requirements.
• Ensure seamless integration between application layers and backend systems.

Database Development & Data Engineering

• Design, develop, and optimize database objects including tables, views, stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries for reporting, data processing, and application support.
• Perform database performance tuning and query optimization.
• Support data integration and ETL processes using SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services).
• Work with large datasets and data transformation processes supporting business applications.

Production Support & Troubleshooting

• Provide Level 4 production support for critical enterprise applications.
• Investigate, analyze, and resolve complex production issues in a timely manner.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures to minimize recurring issues.
• Monitor application performance and proactively identify potential system bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, database, and support teams to resolve application incidents.

Cloud & Modernization Support

• Support cloud migration and modernization initiatives where applicable.
• Work with cloud-based environments and services as part of application enhancement projects.
• Participate in designing scalable cloud-ready application architectures.

Software Engineering & Architecture

• Apply object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, and software engineering best practices.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and technical design reviews.
• Ensure applications follow secure coding standards and enterprise architecture guidelines.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high-quality development standards.

Agile Development

• Work within Agile/Scrum development teams.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, architects, and stakeholders throughout project delivery.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and Agile engineering practices.
