Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with strong expertise in Sales Systems Architecture, Enterprise Integrations, CRM Ecosystems, and Business Transformation Programs. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to define future-state architectures, integration strategies, capability models, and enterprise sales platform roadmaps.
This role requires a strong blend of business architecture, solution architecture, integration design, and enterprise transformation experience.
Required Experience
- 7+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or Systems Integration.
- Experience architecting enterprise sales and customer-facing business systems.
- Strong experience supporting large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Experience participating in architecture workshops and cross-functional solution design sessions.

Transformation & M&A Initiatives
- Support enterprise transformation and modernization programs.
- Participate in merger and acquisition (M&A) integration activities.

Workshop Facilitation & Stakeholder Engagement
- Participate in architecture workshops with business and technical teams.
- Collaborate with product owners, business leaders, architects, and engineering teams.
- Present architecture recommendations and solution options.
- Facilitate decision-making across multiple stakeholders.
AI & Innovation
- Evaluate and support AI-assisted business workflows.
- Design integrations involving copilot-style and AI-powered enterprise solutions.
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity using AI-enabled platforms.
- Support enterprise AI adoption initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce, Dynamics 365, Oracle CRM, SAP CRM, or similar CRM ecosystems.
- Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks.
- Exposure to AI-powered enterprise platforms and copilots.
- Experience with large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience in M&A integration programs.
