Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Owner with expertise in Specification-Driven Development, AI-enabled Software Engineering, Test Automation, and Agile Product Delivery. The ideal candidate will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders, engineering teams, QA teams, and product leadership, ensuring that business requirements are translated into precise, testable, and AI-consumable specifications.
This role requires strong technical acumen, experience working with APIs and software development lifecycles, and a deep understanding of AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and automation frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
Product Ownership & Requirement Management
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate complex business needs into structured and detailed product specifications.
- Create and maintain:
- User Stories
- Epics
- Acceptance Criteria
- Functional Specifications
- Edge Cases
- Testable Requirements
- Ensure requirements are clear, complete, and aligned with business objectives.
- Prioritize product backlogs based on business value and technical feasibility.
Specification-Driven Development
- Define precise, unambiguous, and AI-consumable specifications.
- Establish structured requirement formats to support automation and AI-assisted development.
- Ensure specifications can be directly translated into development and testing activities.
- Drive adoption of specification-driven engineering practices across teams.
- Develop reusable templates, standards, and governance frameworks.
AI-Enabled Product Development
- Leverage AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot and related automation platforms.
- Utilize prompt engineering techniques to improve software development productivity.
- Create requirements that enable AI tools to generate high-quality code, documentation, and test cases.
- Review and validate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, quality, and compliance.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI-assisted workflows into delivery processes.
Test Strategy & Quality Engineering
- Promote a test-first and automation-first approach.
- Ensure requirements are directly traceable to automated test scenarios.
- Collaborate with QA teams to define:
- Test Scenarios
- Test Cases
- Acceptance Tests
- Automation Requirements
- Support implementation of automation frameworks such as Playwright and related testing tools.
- Ensure quality is built into the product development lifecycle.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with:
- Business Stakeholders

- Architecture Teams
- Delivery Leadership
- Facilitate workshops, requirement sessions, and product discussions.
- Drive alignment across multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and delivery teams.
- Act as the primary liaison between business and technology organizations.
Technical Analysis & Solution Design
- Interpret system designs, APIs, workflows, and technical architectures.
- Analyze data pipelines, integrations, and system interactions.
- Collaborate with architects and developers to define scalable technical solutions.
- Support solution design reviews and technical feasibility assessments.
Agile Product Delivery
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including:
- Sprint Planning
- Backlog Refinement
- Daily Stand-ups
- Sprint Reviews
- Retrospectives
- Manage product backlogs and release planning activities.
- Track requirements through development, testing, and production deployment.
