Job Title: Test Data Management (TDM) Engineer
Location: Mount Laurel, NJ
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Test Data Management (TDM) Engineer with expertise in data provisioning, data masking, synthetic data generation, data subsetting, and test data orchestration. The ideal candidate will possess strong backend development experience using Java and Spring Boot, along with deep knowledge of data privacy, enterprise databases, automation frameworks, and large-scale enterprise environments.
This role requires a combination of Test Data Management, Data Engineering, Application Development, and Automation Engineering skills.
Required Experience
- 5+ years of Test Data Management (TDM) experience.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale testing and data management initiatives.
- Strong experience working in Banking, Financial Services, or large enterprise environments.
- Hands-on experience with data masking, synthetic data generation, and data provisioning solutions.
Core Responsibilities
Test Data Management
- Design and implement enterprise Test Data Management solutions.
- Develop and maintain data provisioning processes.
- Build automated test data refresh and orchestration workflows.
- Support data masking and privacy compliance initiatives.
- Manage test data lifecycle across multiple environments.

- Develop solutions for:
