Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior React JS Developer with strong expertise in modern web application development, React architecture, JavaScript/TypeScript, and enterprise UI engineering.

The ideal candidate will lead the development of scalable, secure, and high-performing React applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams in Agile environments. The role requires strong hands-on development skills, technical leadership capabilities, and experience implementing modern frontend frameworks, testing strategies, and enterprise-grade engineering practices.

Candidates with experience in enterprise authentication, CI/CD pipelines, and regulated industries such as financial services will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

React Application Development

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise web applications using ReactJS.
• Build reusable UI components, hooks, and frontend architecture using modern JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Drive frontend architectural decisions and establish scalable design patterns.
• Optimize application performance, maintainability, and user experience.

Frontend Engineering & Architecture

• Implement modern React frameworks, libraries, and tooling including:
• React Compiler
• Vite
• ESLint/Linting tools
• State management libraries
• Apply software design principles including:
• SOLID principles
• Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
• Establish frontend engineering standards and best practices.

API & Integration Development

• Consume and integrate REST APIs using HTTP/JSON.
• Handle API error management, configuration management, and environment-specific deployments.
• Support enterprise integrations with secure authentication and authorization frameworks including:
• SSO
• OAuth2
• OpenID Connect (OIDC)

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks using:
• Jest
• React Testing Library
• Cypress
• Playwright
• Lead code reviews and enforce high code quality standards.
• Implement frontend testing, debugging, and performance optimization strategies.

Agile Delivery & Collaboration

• Participate in Agile/Scrum/Kanban ceremonies including:
• Sprint planning
• Backlog refinement
• Estimation
• Retrospectives
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, QA teams, and backend developers.
• Support iterative releases and continuous delivery practices.

CI/CD & DevOps

• Contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements and source control best practices.
• Work with:
• Azure DevOps
• GitHub
• Pull requests
• Branching strategies
• Automated build/test pipelines
• Support deployment automation and release management activities.

Innovation & Emerging Technologies

• Evaluate and adopt modern frontend technologies and engineering tools.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools such as:
• GitHub Copilot
• Claude
• Cursor
• Guide development teams on best practices for modern UI engineering.

Required Skills
