Location: Plano, TX
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with strong expertise in RPA, Java, Spring Boot Microservices, AWS Cloud, and Kafka-based distributed systems. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, integration, and deployment of enterprise-grade cloud-native applications while working closely with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
This role requires hands-on experience in microservices architecture, API integrations, cloud technologies, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile delivery models. Exposure to customer journey design and Marketing Cloud platforms is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership & Application Development
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Java-based applications using Spring Boot Microservices.
- Provide technical leadership and coordinate with developers, architects, QA teams, DevOps engineers, and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement microservices architecture and distributed system solutions.
- Participate in architecture reviews, solution discussions, and technical planning activities.
- Guide teams on coding standards, design patterns, best practices, and secure development methodologies.
RPA & Integration Engineering
- Design and support Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions integrated with enterprise applications.
- Develop and integrate RESTful and SOAP web services.
- Implement API integrations and gateway solutions using MuleSoft and other API platforms.
- Collaborate with frontend and backend teams to support end-to-end application integrations.
Cloud, DevOps & Containerization
- Develop and deploy cloud-native applications on AWS.
- Work extensively with:
- AWS Cloud Services
- Kubernetes
- EKS
- ECS
- Docker
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using:
- Jenkins
- Git
- JIRA
- Confluence
- Support automated deployment, monitoring, and continuous delivery initiatives.
Messaging, Databases & Performance Optimization
- Implement and support Apache Kafka messaging and event-driven architectures.
- Work with:
- MongoDB
- PostgreSQL
- Aurora
- Perform application tuning, debugging, testing, and performance optimization.
- Utilize Log4j, JUnit, and other testing frameworks for logging and automated testing.
Security & Quality Assurance
- Implement secure APIs and application security standards using:
- OAuth
- SSO
- Authentication & Authorization mechanisms
- Support code reviews, testing validation, troubleshooting, and defect resolution activities.
- Ensure application reliability, scalability, and production readiness.
Agile Delivery & Stakeholder Coordination
- Participate and lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, workshops, and technical discussions.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders to define customer journeys, solution architectures, and implementation strategies.
- Manage risks, dependencies, timelines, and technical deliverables across projects.
- Mentor teams and encourage self-accountability and continuous improvement practices.
