Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Earnix Tech Lead / Lead Developer with strong expertise in pricing model configuration, SQL, and insurance (BFSI) domain knowledge. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Earnix platform implementation, integration with Guidewire, and a solid understanding of pricing strategies and customer behavior modeling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement pricing models using the Earnix platform.
- Configure rate tables, rate order calculations, and pricing logic.
- Perform data integration between Earnix and enterprise systems.
- Develop and optimize complex SQL queries (Oracle / SQL Server) for data extraction and analysis.
- Integrate Earnix with Guidewire systems within P&C insurance environments.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and implement pricing strategies.
- Analyze customer behavior and product performance to enhance pricing models.
- Support product development initiatives in insurance/fintech domains.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure timely delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to pricing models and integrations.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Earnix pricing model configuration.
- Strong expertise in:
- Rate tables and rate order calculations
- Data integration within Earnix
- Advanced SQL skills (Oracle / SQL Server / MySQL).
- Experience in BFSI domain, preferably P&C Insurance.
- Understanding of:
- Pricing strategies
- Customer behavior modeling
- Experience with Guidewire integration (PolicyCenter/BillingCenter/ClaimCenter).
- Familiarity with scripting languages like Python or R.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in fintech or insurance product development.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Exposure to data analytics and modeling tools.
