Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Automation QE Engineer with strong expertise in test automation, cloud technologies (GCP preferred), and modern QA practices. The ideal candidate will design and implement scalable automation frameworks, ensuring high-quality software delivery in a continuous integration and delivery environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Test Automation Development

• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks and test scripts
• Create acceptance and integration test automation

2. Tools & Frameworks

• Work with tools such as Selenium, BrowserStack, Karate, Cucumber, Bruno
• Utilize TestNG, JUnit, Rest Assured, Appium, and BDD frameworks

3. Programming & Development

• Develop automation scripts using Java or Python
• Apply strong coding practices and debugging techniques

4. CI/CD Integration

• Integrate automation scripts with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/Bamboo)
• Ensure high code coverage (80%+) using tools like Sonar, Clover

5. Cloud & Environment

• Work with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for testing and deployment
• Support cloud-based testing strategies

6. Quality & Delivery

• Ensure adherence to TDD/BDD practices
• Perform API testing (REST/SOAP)
• Monitor quality metrics and improve testing processes
