Job Title: Senior Developer (.NET & C++ – Capital Markets)
Location:
Princeton, NJ (Onsite)
Duration: 12+ Months
Experience Required: 8–10 Years
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Developer / Solution Architect with strong expertise in C#/.NET, C++, and RDBMS, along with solid experience in the Capital Markets domain.
This role involves designing and architecting enterprise-grade solutions, leading development initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performance financial systems.
Key Responsibilities
1. Solution Architecture & Design
· Design end-to-end technical solutions aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
· Develop architecture blueprints and detailed solution designs.
· Ensure scalability, performance, and security of applications.
· Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
2. Application Development
· Lead development using:
o C# / .NET (WCF, WPF)
o C++
· Develop and optimize high-performance applications.
· Work with relational databases (RDBMS) for data modeling and query optimization.
· Ensure best practices in coding, performance tuning, and application security.
3. Capital Markets Expertise
· Work on trading, risk, pricing, or post-trade systems.
· Understand market data flows and financial instruments.
· Support regulatory and compliance-related requirements in financial systems.
4. Cross-Technology Collaboration
· Provide guidance for Java/Spring Boot-based integrations (Secondary skill).
· Collaborate with architecture and infrastructure teams.
· Mentor junior developers and provide code reviews.
Required Skills
· 8–10 years of experience in software development and architecture.
· Strong hands-on expertise in:
o C# / .NET (WCF, WPF)
o C++
o RDBMS (SQL Server, Oracle, etc.)
· Experience in solution design and enterprise architecture.
· Capital Markets domain experience (Mandatory).
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
