Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Cloud Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in EPBCS, PCMCS, and ARCS. The ideal candidate will support financial planning, budgeting, profitability analysis, and reconciliation processes, while leveraging Essbase, Groovy scripting, and cloud-based data integration tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Oracle EPBCS Implementation & Support
· Configure and support EPBCS modules:
o Financials
o Workforce
o CapEx
o Projects
· Perform application setup, security configuration, and administration.
· Support FP&A processes including budgeting, forecasting, and planning cycles.
PCMCS & ARCS
· Design and implement profitability and cost allocation models in PCMCS.
· Configure and manage account reconciliation processes in ARCS.
· Ensure financial data accuracy and audit readiness.
Essbase & Business Rules
· Design and maintain Essbase cubes (cube design, metadata, hierarchies).
· Develop and optimize calculation scripts.
· Implement Business Rules and Groovy scripting for automation and advanced logic.
Data Integration & Reporting
· Perform data integration using:
o Data Management
o Data Exchange
· Develop dashboards and reports using:
o Smart View
o Oracle EPM reporting tools
· Support reconciliation and financial consolidation workflows.
Collaboration & Delivery
· Work with Finance stakeholders to translate requirements into system solutions.
· Participate in Agile delivery cycles.
· Support testing, enhancements, and production issue resolution.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· 8+ years of experience in Oracle EPM Cloud solutions.
· Strong hands-on experience with:
o Oracle EPBCS
o Oracle PCMCS
o Oracle ARCS
· Advanced knowledge of Essbase cube design and calc scripts.
· Experience with Groovy scripting and Business Rules.
· Strong data integration experience using Data Management / Data Exchange.
· Experience with Smart View, dashboards, and reporting.
· Strong understanding of FP&A, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
· Knowledge of Oracle Financials Cloud and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) concepts.
Nice to Have:
· Experience in SaaS ERP Oracle Financials Cloud integrations.
· Exposure to enterprise-scale finance transformation programs.
· Strong stakeholder communication skills.
