Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Guidewire Configuration Tech Lead with deep expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter Configuration and Integration.

The ideal candidate must have strong domain knowledge in Property & Casualty insurance and proven experience delivering full lifecycle implementations for Tier 1 insurers in the U.S., including SaaS migration and cloud-based deployments.

Core Responsibilities

PolicyCenter Configuration & Architecture

·       Lead Guidewire PolicyCenter configuration and technical design.

·       Design and develop:

o   PCFs (Page Configuration Files)

o   Business Rules

o   Data Models

o   GUnits

·       Provide technical leadership across configuration and integration teams.

---

Full Lifecycle Implementation

·       Deliver at least 2 full lifecycle implementations of Guidewire PolicyCenter.

·       Experience in:

o   Personal Lines or Commercial Lines implementations

o   Tier 1 U.S. insurer environments

·       Lead design workshops and solution architecture discussions.

---

SaaS & Cloud Migration

·       Implement PolicyCenter v10 in SaaS model OR

·       Migrate on-prem/self-managed PolicyCenter to SaaS environment.

·       Work with Guidewire Cloud Data Access platform.

---

Integration & Digital Enablement

·       Integrate PolicyCenter with external portals and digital platforms.

·       Develop and support:

o   GOSU

o   REST Services

o   Message Queues

o   Batch Processes

·       Implement integrations across enterprise systems.

---

Cross-Module & Domain Expertise

·       Strong PolicyCenter configuration & integration experience (Primary Skill)

·       Working knowledge of Guidewire ClaimCenter (Secondary Skill)

·       Strong Property & Casualty domain knowledge

·       Experience implementing digital technologies in insurance ecosystems

---

Required Qualifications

·       ACE Certified in Guidewire PolicyCenter Configuration (Mandatory)

·       2+ full lifecycle PolicyCenter implementations

·       Experience with SaaS deployments or cloud migration

·       Strong Guidewire integration development experience

·       Deep P&C domain knowledge

·       Experience in US Tier 1 insurer environments
