Job Title : Support Executive
Location: Morristown, NJ (100% Onsite)
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Support Executive to provide technical and business support for mortgage and payment systems. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Office 365 Administration, Microsoft SQL Server 2019, SolarWinds monitoring, and banking or mortgage platforms such as BaNCS Payments (Card Issuing Business) and Retail Mortgage systems.
The role involves system monitoring, troubleshooting, reporting, business rule management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure system stability and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Support
- Build, maintain, and troubleshoot business rules and system configurations.
- Develop and maintain custom print forms and report templates.
- Manage user groups, roles, and access permissions.
- Monitor system performance, logs, and alerts using monitoring tools such as SolarWinds.
- Support application integrations including platforms like nCino Mortgage and Optimal Blue.
- Manage version control and release deployments.
- Maintain and manage reporting databases and data warehouse environments.
- Prepare and process HMDA (Home Mortgage Disclosure Act) update files and batch uploads to Encompass.
- Build and maintain Dynamic Data Management (DDM) tables and rules, including fees and field configurations.
- Perform technical troubleshooting across application, database, and infrastructure components.
Business Support
- Execute daily Hotlist reports and operational checks.
- Build and maintain Crystal Reports for scheduling and reporting automation.
- Generate monthly survey and operational reports.
- Maintain service passwords with vendors and within Loan Origination Systems (LOS).
- Maintain and update business contacts within LOS (payees, employees, vendors, etc.).
- Develop ad-hoc reports based on business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to support operational priorities.
