Job Title: Network Administrator

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Network Administrator to support enterprise network infrastructure deployments, expansion projects, and operational support across corporate offices, M&A environments, and joint ventures. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in LAN/WAN technologies, Cisco networking, SD-WAN, and cloud security platforms such as Zscaler.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently lead:
- Network deployments
- New site builds
- Expansion and integration projects
- Manage the complete lifecycle of network infrastructure:
- Procurement
- Configuration
- Implementation
- Documentation
- Decommissioning
- Ensure compliance with enterprise network architecture and design standards
- Design, configure, and support:
- LAN/WAN infrastructure
- Wireless networks
- SD-WAN environments
- Work extensively with:
- Cisco Meraki
- Cisco Catalyst technologies
- Support growth and stabilization of regional network infrastructure
- Assist in:
- New site rollouts
- Mergers & acquisitions (M&A) integrations
- Partner with IT and cybersecurity teams to:
- Drive patch compliance
- Strengthen security posture
- Support infrastructure hardening initiatives
- Configure, support, and maintain:
- Zscaler ZIA
- Zscaler ZPA
- Troubleshoot complex network issues across all OSI layers
- Coordinate with:
- ISPs
- Internal technical teams
to restore services efficiently - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by enhancing:
- Automation
- Monitoring
- Documentation
- Network visibility and uptime
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4–6 years of experience in Network Administration / Network Engineering
- Strong expertise in:
- Cisco Meraki
- Cisco Catalyst
- Hands-on experience with:
- LAN switching technologies
- WAN routing technologies
- Wireless networking
- SD-WAN
- Experience with:
- Zscaler Cloud Security Services (ZIA/ZPA)
- Strong understanding of:
- Network security
- Infrastructure hardening
- Patch management
- Strong troubleshooting skills across:
- Routing
- Switching
- Connectivity
- Network performance issues
- Experience working in enterprise or distributed environments
