Job Title: Technology Delivery Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technology Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology programs across multiple workstreams. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in delivery management, stakeholder engagement, and execution of large-scale enterprise initiatives, particularly in regulated environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage end-to-end delivery of technology programs and applications
- Plan, execute, and track:
- Milestones
- Schedules
- Risks and dependencies
- Delivery outcomes
- Ensure delivery aligns with:
- SOWs, SLAs
- Client expectations
- Quality standards
- Manage onshore/offshore teams, ensuring productivity and optimal resource utilization
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and senior stakeholders
- Drive Agile and hybrid delivery models:
- Sprint planning
- Release planning
- Execution tracking
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, issues, and bottlenecks
- Ensure compliance with:
- Governance
- Security
- Risk and audit requirements
- Oversee:
- Production support
- Incident management
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Manage vendors and partners, including performance and issue resolution
- Track and optimize:
- Budgets
- Forecasts
- Resource plans
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery efficiency
Additional Responsibilities
- Collaborate with architecture, engineering, and product teams to align solutions with business needs
- Support roadmap planning and prioritization with stakeholders
- Drive best practices in:
- SDLC
- Agile
- DevOps
- Quality assurance
- Provide transparent reporting via dashboards and executive summaries
- Lead escalations with structured, data-driven resolution plans
- Support transformation initiatives such as:
- Cloud modernization
- Automation programs
- Mentor and guide delivery leads, project managers, and technical teams
Required Skills & Competencies
Delivery & Leadership
- 15–18+ years of overall IT experience
- 8+ years in delivery/program/project management roles
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-team, multi-vendor environments
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills
- Experience in client-facing enterprise environments (preferably BFSI)
Technical & Process Knowledge
- Solid understanding of:
- Application development
- Integration
- Infrastructure platforms
- Working knowledge of:
- Java / Spring Boot
- APIs
- Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- DevOps practices
- Experience with:
- Agile, SAFe, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid models
- CI/CD pipelines
- Release management
- Production support
Governance & Operations
- Experience managing:
- SOWs, SLAs, KPIs
- Financials and budgeting
- Compliance metrics
- Strong understanding of:
- Risk management
- Audit readiness
- Regulatory requirements
- Experience driving:
- Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in:
- BFSI / Capital Markets / Financial Services
- Exposure to:
- Cloud migration and modernization
- Automation initiatives
- Certifications (preferred, not mandatory):
- PMP
- SAFe
- Scrum
- ITIL
Experience Required
- 15–18+ years overall IT experience
- 8–10+ years in delivery/program management roles
