Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Network Subject Matter Expert (SME) with deep expertise in enterprise routing, switching, WAN/LAN architecture, network security, low-latency network design, and performance optimization. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience managing mission-critical Cisco/Arista network environments, preferably within banking, trading, or other low-latency enterprise environments.

This role requires advanced expertise in routing protocols, switching infrastructure, WAN technologies, network optimization, and high-performance enterprise connectivity architecture.

Network Architecture & Engineering

• Design, implement, support, and optimize enterprise network infrastructure.
• Provide SME-level expertise for complex LAN/WAN environments.
• Support secure, scalable, and high-performance network architectures.
• Drive network modernization, optimization, and resiliency initiatives.

Routing Engineering

Strong hands-on expertise in:

• BGP
• MP-BGP
• OSPF
• MPLS
• LISP
• IP routing design
• WAN traffic engineering

Responsibilities:

• Routing design

• WAN architecture troubleshooting

Switching Engineering

Hands-on experience with:

Preferred experience in:

• Banking environments

Network Security & Reliability

• Support secure network operations and resilient enterprise connectivity.

• Support uptime, resiliency, and infrastructure governance.

Troubleshooting & Incident Resolution

• Provide advanced troubleshooting for:
• Routing failures
• Switching issues
• WAN connectivity problems
• Performance degradation
• Network outages
• Perform root cause analysis and corrective remediation.
