Location: Frederick, MD Onsite 5 days a week
Role Descriptions:
Job Description Senior .Net Developer with a passion for developing market leading products.
As part of a product team| you will use your experienced CMS and .Net software development skills to add large features| solve bugs| address technical debt| improve how we work and ultimately deliver valuable| high-quality software to our customers.
Top 3 Required Skills:
1. Strong development experience in .NET / C#, JavaScript, SQL Server, and full-stack development
2. Experience with Azure cloud, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices
3. Expertise in designing scalable applications (Microservices, .NET Core, containerization – Docker/Kubernetes)
Top 3 Preferred Skills:
1. Experience with CMS-based development and enterprise product environments
2. Strong knowledge of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and TDD practices
3. Experience in regulated domains (e.g., insurance / financial services)
Education Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (Master’s preferred)
Years of Experience:
• 10+ years in software development
• Minimum 3 years in Agile environment
• 3+ years in architecture/design on Azure (Docker/Kubernetes)
• 4+ years leading development teams
