Description:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Analyst to work closely with development teams and business stakeholders in implementing and supporting enterprise technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience with large enterprise systems, and the ability to coordinate across cross-functional technology teams including Cloud, Infrastructure, and Security.
The Technical Analyst will support technical solution delivery, assist with prioritization of business requirements, oversee system changes, and ensure stable, secure, and high-performing application environments.
Required Experience
- Experience working in large enterprise environments
- Prior experience in the Electric Utilities industry (strongly preferred)
- Experience supporting enterprise application delivery and integration
- Experience working directly with development and business teams
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills

- Work directly with developers and business teams to implement technical solutions
- Assist product teams with prioritization of user requirements
- Develop, analyze, and maintain technical specifications
- Coordinate system changes, releases, and production support activities
- Support application architecture and integration initiatives
- Work across Cloud, Infrastructure, and Security teams to support enterprise solutions
- Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate resolution with development teams
- Document integration between legacy and modern systems
- Communicate with stakeholders to understand business and technical requirements
- Ensure high levels of application performance, stability, and security
- Research emerging technologies and industry trends
Preferred Qualifications
- Utility industry experience strongly preferred
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale application portfolios
- Exposure to cloud-based enterprise environments
- Experience in enterprise architecture support environments
