Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer with strong expertise in Dynamics CRM customization, integrations, and enterprise application development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 Online/CRM development, plugins, workflows, integrations, and Microsoft technology stack including .NET, SQL Server, SSIS, and SSRS.

The candidate should possess strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in Agile environments and deliver scalable CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, and implementation activities.
• Configure, customize, and develop Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Develop and maintain CRM plugins, custom workflow activities, business process flows, and web resources.
• Design and implement integrations between Dynamics CRM and enterprise applications such as ERP, SharePoint, Outlook, Office 365, Active Directory, and other LOB systems.
• Work on CRM Web API, REST/OData services, SOAP web services, and messaging integrations.
• Perform data migration activities using SSIS, Scribe, or similar ETL tools.
• Develop OOB and custom SSRS reports for CRM applications.
• Customize CRM entities, forms, workflows, dashboards, and security models.
• Troubleshoot and resolve CRM performance, deployment, and integration issues.
• Support deployment and release management activities across environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Follow Microsoft Dynamics CRM development best practices and coding standards.

Required Skills

• 8–10+ years of overall IT experience with 3+ years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365 development experience.
• Strong experience with:
• Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online/Dynamics 365
• CRM customization and configuration
• Plugins and custom workflow development
• JavaScript, Web Resources, REST/OData APIs
• CRM entities, workflows, and business process flows
• Expertise in:
• .NET Framework, C#, WCF
• SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS
• Web services integration (REST/SOAP)
• NServiceBus or messaging frameworks
• Experience integrating CRM with:
• ERP systems
• SharePoint
• MS Outlook
• Office 365
• Active Directory synchronization
• Strong understanding of Dynamics CRM security model.
• Experience with deployment and release processes.
• Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Sales Force Automation, Marketing Automation, and Service Management modules.
• Exposure to Dynamics CRM 2013/2015 best practices.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture and cloud integrations.
• Project coordination or team leadership exposure.
