Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Gen AI Architect to lead enterprise AI and Generative AI initiatives by defining scalable solution architectures, establishing AI standards, and driving enterprise-wide AI adoption strategies. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), AI frameworks, vector databases, cloud-native deployments, and Responsible AI implementation.
This role requires strong technical leadership, architecture design expertise, and hands-on experience building and deploying AI/GenAI solutions in enterprise environments. The candidate will work closely with business leaders, engineering teams, and stakeholders to deliver innovative AI-driven solutions aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and define enterprise-level AI and Generative AI solution architectures.
- Establish the strategic vision, roadmap, and architecture standards for AI programs across the organization.
- Design scalable AI/GenAI platforms and frameworks leveraging modern cloud technologies.
- Architect and implement Large Language Model (LLM)-based applications and intelligent automation solutions.
- Evaluate and integrate AI frameworks, vector databases, and AI orchestration tools into enterprise ecosystems.
- Lead AI model deployment strategies across cloud platforms and hybrid environments.
- Implement Responsible AI practices including governance, compliance, fairness, explainability, and ethical AI standards.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and executive leadership to identify AI opportunities and transform business processes.
- Develop reusable AI architecture patterns, APIs, and integration strategies for enterprise adoption.
- Define enterprise AI standards, technical guidelines, and best practices.
- Guide engineering teams in the implementation of AI/ML and GenAI solutions.
- Architect Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using vector databases and semantic search capabilities.
- Optimize AI model performance, scalability, security, and operational efficiency.
- Support AI governance, risk assessment, and compliance initiatives.
- Conduct architecture reviews, technical evaluations, and proof-of-concept implementations.
- Stay updated with emerging AI technologies, LLM advancements, and industry trends.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in AI & Generative AI Products and Tools.
- Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI frameworks.
- Experience with vector databases and semantic search technologies.
- Strong understanding of cloud deployments and cloud-native AI architectures.
- Experience implementing Responsible AI strategies and governance frameworks.
- Expertise in enterprise solution architecture and distributed systems design.
- Strong understanding of AI integration patterns, APIs, and scalable infrastructure.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
- Exposure to MLOps, AI model lifecycle management, and AI governance tools.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience working with enterprise AI transformation programs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
