Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Test Data Management (TDM) Engineer with strong expertise in data provisioning, data masking, orchestration, synthetic data generation, and backend application development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building scalable TDM solutions, developing RESTful APIs, and automating enterprise data workflows within large-scale enterprise or BFSI environments.

The candidate should possess strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, SQL/RDBMS platforms, data privacy standards, and automation frameworks while collaborating with cross-functional teams in Agile delivery environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Test Data Management (TDM) solutions for large-scale applications.
• Implement data provisioning, refresh, masking, sub-setting, conditioning, and synthetic data creation processes.
• Build and maintain scheduler batch jobs using Spring Batch or similar frameworks.
• Develop RESTful APIs and scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Design and support microservices-based enterprise applications.
• Create automation workflows for test data orchestration and provisioning processes.
• Work with business stakeholders, QA teams, developers, and data engineering teams to define TDM requirements and deliver solutions.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, data classification, and security standards.
• Customize data fictionalization and masking solutions across multiple tools and enterprise applications.
• Support production environments, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performance.
• Integrate TDM workflows with CI/CD pipelines and Agile delivery processes.
• Manage and optimize relational databases including Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and SQL Server.
• Automate processes using Autosys, CA7, Unix Shell scripting, Java, Python, and JCL.
• Collaborate with distributed systems and mainframe teams for enterprise data integration.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Test Data Management (TDM).
• Strong expertise in data provisioning, data masking, orchestration, and synthetic data generation.
• Hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot for backend and microservices development.
• Experience developing RESTful APIs and scalable backend services.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases including Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and SQL Server.
• Experience with scheduler batch job frameworks such as Spring Batch.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and enterprise application design.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and production support.
• Experience with Git, Maven, and Gradle build/version control tools.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Desired Skills

• Experience with Topaz, File-AID, and Delphix tools.
• Knowledge of data privacy, data classification, and enterprise data governance requirements.
• Experience building data fictionalization, data mining, sub-setting, and data conditioning jobs.
• Ability to customize fictionalization solutions across business applications and tools.
• Experience automating enterprise workflows using Autosys, CA7, Java, Python, Unix Shell, and JCL.
• Experience with BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) environments.
• Exposure to Azure cloud services with AZ-900 Azure Foundations certification preferred.
