Description:
We are seeking a mid-level Product Manager to support the delivery and execution of digital product initiatives, specifically focused on Lounge Services and related digital customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have foundational product management experience, strong Agile delivery exposure, analytical problem-solving capability, and the ability to collaborate across engineering, design, content, and business teams.
This role is ideal for a product professional who can translate business needs into actionable product requirements, manage backlogs, support feature launches, and help optimize digital product performance in a complex enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
Product Roadmap Execution
- Support delivery and execution of the product roadmap for Lounge Services and related digital initiatives.
- Assist in translating strategic business goals into executable product deliverables.
- Track roadmap progress and support timely feature delivery.
Product Requirements & Backlog Management
- Translate business requirements into:
- User stories
- Acceptance criteria
- Functional documentation
- Product requirements documentation
- Maintain, groom, and prioritize product backlogs for engineering delivery.
- Ensure backlog clarity, business alignment, and development readiness.
Cross-Functional Product Delivery
Partner closely with:
- Engineering teams
- UX / Design teams
- Content teams
- Business stakeholders
- Delivery teams
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting feature development
- Coordinating testing readiness
- Supporting launch execution
- Managing dependencies and delivery coordination
Product Analytics & Performance Optimization
- Define and support tracking of:
- KPIs
- Product success metrics
- Feature adoption metrics
- Performance indicators
- Analyze:
- Product performance data
- Customer feedback
- Usage insights
- Recommend iteration opportunities and product enhancements.
Risk & Delivery Coordination
- Track product delivery progress across concurrent workstreams.
- Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies proactively.
- Escalate issues appropriately to maintain delivery momentum.
Stakeholder Communication
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on:
- Scope
- Timelines
- Feature readiness
- Launch expectations
- Communicate clearly with both business and technical teams.
