Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP R2R Consultant to support Record-to-Report processes within the SAP Finance landscape. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in SAP FI/FICO, financial reporting, month-end closing activities, and SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations/support.

The consultant will work closely with finance stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to deliver efficient financial process solutions and support ongoing SAP initiatives.

 

Roles & Responsibilities

• Support and enhance SAP Record-to-Report (R2R) processes.
• Work on General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Intercompany Accounting, and Financial Closing activities.
• Configure and support SAP FI/FICO modules based on business requirements.
• Participate in month-end and year-end close processes.
• Analyze business requirements and provide SAP finance solutions.
• Support financial reporting, reconciliations, and audit activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution and process improvements.
• Perform testing, documentation, and user support activities.
• Support SAP S/4HANA Finance initiatives and enhancements.

 

Required Skills

• Strong experience in SAP R2R processes.
• Hands-on experience with SAP FI/FICO modules.
• Experience in General Ledger, Asset Accounting, AP/AR, and Financial Reporting.
• Knowledge of month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

 

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation experience.
• Experience in global finance support environments.
• SAP certification in FI/FICO is a plus.
