Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior .NET Developer with extensive experience in full-stack enterprise application development, cloud-native technologies, and modern software engineering practices. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering scalable, secure, and high-quality applications within an Agile product development environment.

The candidate should possess strong expertise in .NET technologies, Azure cloud services, microservices architecture, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and modern front-end frameworks. This role also requires leadership capabilities including code reviews, mentoring, architectural guidance, and collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Application Development

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using .NET technologies.
• Deliver clean, maintainable, and high-quality software features and enhancements.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex end-to-end technical issues.
• Improve existing systems by addressing technical debt and optimizing performance.
• Participate in full software development lifecycle activities including design, development, testing, deployment, and support.

Full Stack Development

• Develop front-end solutions using JavaScript, Angular, HTML, CSS, SASS/SCSS.
• Build and maintain backend services using .NET, .NET Core, C#, and SQL Server.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices-based solutions.
• Work on CMS-based enterprise applications and product development initiatives.

Cloud & DevOps

• Design and deploy cloud-native applications in Azure environments.
• Work with containerization technologies including Docker, Kubernetes, AKS, and OpenShift.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices for automated deployments.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and DevOps teams to optimize deployment strategies.

Architecture & Leadership

• Participate in architectural discussions and define technical approaches for scalable solutions.
• Lead code reviews ensuring adherence to architectural principles, coding standards, and security best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and support development teams in technical problem-solving.
• Recommend technology improvements and modernization initiatives.

Quality & Security

• Develop automated testing strategies and improve application quality standards.
• Ensure software solutions comply with security standards and enterprise policies.
• Support QA and UAT activities by troubleshooting and resolving defects.
• Maintain technical documentation and development standards.

Agile Delivery

• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including Scrum stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
• Collaborate effectively with product owners, architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
• Deliver high-quality software within Agile and fast-paced environments.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong expertise in:
• .NET / .NET Core
• C#
• VB.NET
• JavaScript
• Angular
• HTML / CSS / SASS / SCSS
• Microsoft SQL Server
• Experience with microservices architecture and REST APIs.
• Strong experience with Azure cloud technologies and cloud-native application development.
• Hands-on experience with:
• Docker
• Kubernetes
• AKS
• OpenShift
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Strong knowledge of Git and source code management.
• Experience with Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
• Experience performing code reviews and leading development teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CMS-based enterprise product development.
• Experience in insurance, financial services, or regulated industries.
• Knowledge of Test-Driven Development (TDD) and automated testing frameworks.
• Experience with enterprise architecture and scalable application design.
• Familiarity with security best practices and secure coding standards.
