Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Gen AI Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), AI frameworks, vector databases, and cloud deployments, along with the ability to define AI strategy and architecture across the organization.
This role requires strong leadership in AI architecture, governance, and responsible AI practices, along with hands-on experience in building scalable and secure AI platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. AI Architecture & Strategy
- Define and lead the overall AI and Gen AI architecture strategy for enterprise solutions
- Create scalable, secure, and high-performance AI solution architectures
- Establish AI standards, guidelines, and best practices across the organization
- Drive AI adoption and align solutions with business objectives
2. Generative AI & LLM Solutions
- Design and implement solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Work with AI frameworks and tools for building Gen AI applications
- Develop architectures involving prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and model optimization
- Enable use cases such as chatbots, automation, content generation, and intelligent workflows
3. Data & Vector Architecture
- Design and implement vector database solutions for semantic search and retrieval
- Build RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines
- Integrate structured and unstructured data sources for AI applications
4. Cloud & Deployment
- Architect and deploy AI solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Design scalable and resilient cloud-based AI infrastructure
- Ensure performance optimization and cost efficiency of AI workloads
5. Responsible AI & Governance
- Implement Responsible AI practices, including fairness, bias mitigation, explainability, and compliance
- Define governance frameworks for ethical and secure AI usage
- Ensure adherence to enterprise security and regulatory standards
6. Collaboration & Leadership
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, data scientists, and engineering teams
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to AI/ML teams
- Translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions
Required Skills (Must Have)
- 8+ years of experience in AI/ML architecture and solution design
- Strong expertise in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Experience with AI frameworks and tools (LangChain, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with vector databases
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Experience designing scalable AI architectures
- Strong understanding of Responsible AI principles
Preferred / Nice to Have
- Experience with RAG pipelines and semantic search architectures
- Knowledge of MLOps and model deployment strategies
- Experience with fine-tuning and model optimization techniques
- Exposure to enterprise AI governance frameworks
