Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant with expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, support, integrations, and Agentic AI capabilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional knowledge across multiple HCM modules along with hands-on technical expertise in integrations, data migration, Redwood UI, and Oracle cloud technologies.

- 10+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consulting.
- Extensive experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementation, upgrade, and support projects.
- Strong experience leading end-to-end HCM transformation initiatives.

Solution Delivery
- Design and execute CRP, SIT, and UAT activities.
- Develop training materials and conduct end-user training sessions.
- Support deployment and post-production stabilization activities.
Technical Development
- Develop and support HCM integrations using:
- HCM Extracts
- BI Publisher
- OIC
- SOAP Services
- REST APIs
- Manage data migration activities using HDL and PBL.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation.
Support & Optimization
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support.
- Optimize batch processes and integration performance.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with:

- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is a plus.
