Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Spring Boot, Angular, Microservices, and Agentic AI technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building scalable enterprise applications while integrating AI-powered workflows, autonomous agents, and Large Language Models (LLMs) into modern business solutions.

This role requires a combination of full-stack development expertise and practical experience implementing Agentic AI systems, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and AI orchestration frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

Full Stack Application Development

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular.
• Build scalable RESTful APIs and microservices-based architectures.
• Develop responsive, high-performance frontend applications using Angular 12+.
• Implement reusable UI components and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
• Participate in system design, code reviews, and architectural discussions.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.

Agentic AI & Intelligent Automation (Mandatory)

• Design and implement Agentic AI workflows for autonomous and semi-autonomous task execution.
• Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or equivalent platforms into enterprise applications.
• Build and orchestrate AI agents using frameworks such as:
• LangChain
• CrewAI
• AutoGen
• Semantic Kernel
• Similar AI orchestration frameworks
• Develop AI-powered solutions including:
• Intelligent assistants
• Automated decision-making systems
• Document processing and summarization applications
• Knowledge management platforms
• Implement Prompt Engineering techniques and optimize AI responses.
• Design and develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Implement tool chaining and AI workflow orchestration.

Backend & Integration

• Develop and maintain Spring Boot and Spring Cloud microservices.
• Design event-driven architectures using Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Build secure APIs using OAuth2, JWT, and industry-standard security practices.
• Integrate third-party services, AI platforms, and enterprise systems.
• Develop scalable backend solutions supporting AI-driven workflows.

Frontend Development

• Develop modern web applications using Angular.

• Optimize frontend performance and user experience.

DevOps & Cloud Engineering

• Deploy and manage applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Database & Data Engineering
