Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SailPoint IIQ Development Lead / Architect with deep expertise in Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ), identity lifecycle management, certifications, provisioning, and application onboarding.

The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, customization, and implementation of enterprise identity governance solutions while providing technical leadership and guidance across large-scale IAM initiatives.

Required Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in:
    • Identity & Access Management (IAM)
    • Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)
    • SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ)
    • Enterprise Security Solutions
  • Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise SailPoint IIQ solutions
  • Strong experience leading IAM projects and technical teams
  • Hands-on SailPoint IIQ Development expertise (E2–E3 level)

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Design

  • Design enterprise identity governance solutions using SailPoint IIQ
  • Translate business requirements into scalable IAM architectures
  • Define best practices and governance standards

Development & Implementation

  • Lead SailPoint IIQ development and customization efforts
  • Build and enhance workflows, rules, connectors, and integrations
  • Implement provisioning, deprovisioning, and certification processes
  • Support application onboarding initiatives

Technical Leadership

  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to IAM teams
  • Conduct architecture reviews and code reviews
  • Define development standards and implementation approaches

Project Delivery

  • Manage IAM project deliverables and timelines
  • Coordinate with security, infrastructure, and application teams
  • Drive successful project execution and deployment activities

Support & Troubleshooting

  • Diagnose and resolve SailPoint implementation issues
  • Support production environments and ongoing enhancements
  • Perform root cause analysis and operational support activities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Financial Services experience preferred
  • Experience with cloud identity integrations
  • Exposure to Cyber Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC)
  • Experience with Vendor Risk Assessment programs
  • SailPoint certifications preferred
